How do I handle a failed transfer?
Open Transfer, record a follow-up, then return funds only when the provider confirms it was not settled. Do not resend a payment without fresh authorization.
What are account levels?
Levels determine limits, fees and product access. Higher levels should never have lower limits or higher fees than the level below.
Why do reports use NGN?
The current report aggregates NGN payments only, preventing misleading totals across currencies. Review other-currency transactions in the transaction operations view.
